HVAC and Plumbing service company is looking for a skilled Office Assistant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting all business activities. 

Responsibilities

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support all employees with various administrative tasks (answering calls, redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, dispatching etc.)

Requirements

The Paving Equipment Operator operates equipment used for applying asphalt, or other materials to road beds, parking lots, or airport runways and taxiways or equipment used for tamping gravel, dirt, or other materials includes asphalt paving machine operators, form tamper, tamping machines operators, and stone spreader operators.

 

·         The Paving Equipment Operator starts machine, engage clutch, and push and move levers to guide machine along forms or guidelines and to control the operation of machine attachments.

·         The Paving Equipment Operator inspects, clean, maintain and repair equipment, using mechanics hand tools, or report malfunctions to supervisors.

The Asset Coordinator will maintain strict control over the location and function Randall’s tools, vehicles and equipment. The coordinator will oversee and arrange licenses/permits, maintenance/repairs and job site allocation as required.

 

Job Skills

  • Oversee and schedule mechanic for maintenance of all equipment and repairs.
  • Inventory management of filters, fluids, essential parts, etc. for reducing inefficiency and achieve cost savings.
  • Schedule yard man for equipment cleaning.  Also dispatch as needed to take materials to projects, and other various tasks.
  • Track all company equipment and tools.  Collect broken equipment and remove from service, notify purchasing agent what is needed to replace, and what can be repaired.
  • Order and return rental equipment as required.  Track location of rental equipment as it is often moved from job to job.
  • Manage and negotiate with vendors for optimal cost and efficiency outcomes.

Randall Engineered Precast Systems is currently seeking a Revit BIM Modeler | Project Drafter

 

Qualified candidates will have responsibilities, which will include, modeling the project in Revit, detailing shop tickets & hardware drawings for production, and producing erection drawings to build the structure along with other details using 3D BIM (Revit). Previous experience in Precast is a significant preference. 


Requirements

The Superintendent is to provide on-site administrative and technical management of the activities including necessary planning, organization, direction, coordination and control for all field personnel in a manner that supports the profit and growth objectives of the company.

  • Monitor the short-term schedule

Requirements

The Superintendent is to provide on-site administrative and technical management of the activities including necessary planning, organization, direction, coordination and control for all field personnel in a manner that supports the profit and growth objectives of the company.

Requirements

Reporting to the Fire Protection Design Manager, the Fire Protection Designer will be responsible to design and coordinate the fire sprinkler systems for commercial and industrial buildings as well as the finished representation for systems using drawings, drafting skills and tools. Manage the planning of a project including scheduling, creating material stock listing, analyzing changes, solving problems and total delivery of the project according to established criteria. Close coordination with all team members will be required throughout the life of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review customer source control drawings, specification control drawings and other applicable specifications to determine requirements and/or feasibility of product
  • Sketch and perform mathematical computations to develop design and detailed specifications of components
  • Apply knowledge of mathematical formulas and physical laws and use conventional and computerized work aids to make calculations
  • Perform preliminary and advanced work in development of working layouts and final master drawings, adequate for detailing parts and units of design for new proposals and current designs
  • Revise size, shape and arrangement of parts to create practical design drawings
  • Prepare acceptance test procedures and assembly instructions
  • Assist with the preparation of proposal documentation, technical data such as qualification test procedures, reports, component maintenance manuals, etc.
  • Perform liaison function between engineering staff and all internal departments, including purchasing, quality assurance, sales, production, accounting, metal finishing and assembly
  • Interact with vendors and customers on engineering design issues and mentor less experienced designers

  • Attends monthly meetings to review all financials as pertained to his or her projects along with cost variance reports, WIP reports and any other reporting as it relates to project profitability.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years of Project Management experience in heavy, civil site construction.
  • Experience with earthwork, utilities, hardscape and all other infrastructure scopes.
  • Knowledge of FDOT and municipal standards and specifications.
  • Knowledge of AIA Contract documents.

  • Show ability to consistently recognize and deal with priorities. Complete all required work in a timely and accurate manner and ensure that all needed paperwork is completed.
  • Responsible for change order request log, job transfers, work orders, and RFQ’s.

Earth Trades (a Randall company) is currently seeking a Survey Crew Chief to operated out of our Tampa office on projects along the west coast of Florida



Requirements

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Survey Crew Chief to join our growing team. Looking for someone with construction layout and as-builds experience using 3D modeled surfaces, linework, and points. Knowledge of setting up GPS Base-stations for GPS graders per site as needed and for survey stake out. Understand staking needs of infrastructure features (Storm/Sanitary structures, grading, finish floor elevations, etc.).  Conduct boundary topo’s as needed. Able to process all necessary calculations and generate reports, maps, etc. in order to help our clients in their engineering, construction, and/or development process.

Responsibilities

  •  Travel to job sites in a timely and responsible fashion
  •  Honor all scheduling commitments and communicate any delays in a timely manner
  • Conduct all measurements needed to meet survey requirements with accuracy
  •  Utilize and maintain all necessary equipment properly
  • Record all necessary data, ensuring accuracy and precision
  • Generate all required reports and documents, including plots and maps
  •  Determine evidence of any previous boundaries via observation and research
  • Examine all previous survey records for important/helpful information for each job
  • Remain in compliance with all legal requirements and company guidelines
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved
  • Strive for excellence, representing the company well at all times

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • 4 YEARS EXP WITH CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT AND AS-BUILT surveying
  •  Basic computer skills, experience with different drafting software
  • KNOWLEDGE OF TRIMBLE GPS and robotic total stations
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Precise and detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work outdoors in sometimes physically demanding conditions
  • Ability to lift and transport 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Capable of reading and comprehending schematics and blueprints

Trimble Total Station Operator needed for survey crew of self-performing construction company specializing in MEP and most other facets of commercial construction projects.



Requirements

  • Must be responsible and have transportation/driver's license.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Willing to train the right person.
  • Most of the work will consist of MEP (mechanical, electrical plumbing) layout.
  • Will work on all aspects of survey (driving stakes, deck marking, etc.).
  • Will operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Must be willing to work OUTSIDE for extended periods of time
  • Must communicate well to all party members.
  • Will assist Party Chief and learn descriptions, coding and techniques for data collection.
