RANDALL collaborated in the construction of the Hutchinson Island Dissolved Oxygen Plant as part of the Army Corps of Engineers Savannah Harbor Expansion Project (SHEP). The 24-month project consisted of the construction of two plants through the utilization of 12 individual Speece cones. The system injects a total of 40,000 pounds of oxygen into the river per day to oxygenate the fish along with the residing plant and wildlife. RANDALL owned the task of welding the specialized Super Duplex 2507 stainless steel pipe, ranging in size up to 60 inches in diameter.
